Biography

Nisha Yadav is a doctoral researcher with a background in education, teaching and learning sciences. She holds a master’s degree in Learning, Education and Technology, and her previous research examined how an AI based chatbot supported self-regulated learning among university students. Her current doctoral research focuses on how AI can be meaningfully integrated into higher education, especially in ways that prepare students for AI-driven workplaces while maintaining core educational values. She works closely with university teachers and students to explore the practical and pedagogical challenges of AI adoption. One of her recent studies involves designing and conducting focus groups with teachers from different disciplines to understand their perceptions and strategies regarding AI in teaching. Her expertise brings an important perspective on how higher education can equip learners with the critical, transferable skills needed in an AI-driven world.
