The importance of communication and interaction has increased on digital platforms. This development has shaped the work environment so that experts are increasingly using communication technology and generative artificial intelligence in their work.

The research design examines the communicative nature of working life as a phenomenon. The analysis focuses on the communicative nature of the work environment and its effects on employees. The research is multi-methodical and combines the research areas of working life, organizational communication and well-being at work in a unique way. The study examines well-being holistically as a combination of psychophysical, social and structural factors
