LUT Business School reached the top 76–100 again this year in ShanghaiRanking’s Global Ranking of Academic Subjects. This represents a rare achievement for a Finnish business school.
“Being ranked in the global top 100 is an important recognition for us. It reflects the long-term work of our researchers and their strong commitment to high-quality research and international collaboration. I am also pleased to see that Finnish business research performed exceptionally well this year,” says Sami Saarenketo, dean at LUT Business School.

ShanghaiRanking’s business school comparison included a total of 400 business education units. LUT was one of the top Finnish universities in the ranking. Overall, Finland’s performance was particularly strong this year.
LUT also earned rankings in other subjects: top 201–300 in energy science and engineering, top 301–400 in telecommunications engineering, and top 401–500 in chemical engineering.
