Learning outcomes

The Erasmus Mundus Master's Programme Software Engineers for Green Deal programme aims to educate a new generation of software engineers who will emphasise the sustainability of software as well as the sustainability effects of software on society.

After the completion of the Master's programme, the graduates will have acquired:

knowledge and understanding of sustainable development challenges and environmental limitations (i.e. a sustainable mindset) in relation to the engineering and digitalisation of services;

skills in identifying both technical and social needs in relation to sustainable development challenges, and in the design and execution of the right, impactful decisions on software development;

competence in designing, evaluating, and adapting software, software development processes and software development tools to tackle the identified sustainable development challenges;

a professional network around the world, providing you links to local and global sustainability challenges and societies trying to solve them.
