OsaavaPK - Productivity through Recruitment, Know-how and Renewability in SMEs
OsaavaPK - Productivity through Recruitment, Know-how and Renewability in SMEs project is carried out between March 1, 2017 and December 31, 2019. It is funded by the European Social Fund, and focuses on improving the productivity and well-being of companies with the help of an HR management coaching programme targeted towards SMEs.
Its participants are 49 SMEs from Central Finland, Southern Finland, South Karelia, Päijät-Häme, Uusimaa, and Southwest Finland. The project is carried out by the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health, the Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences and LUT University. The project is funded by the Häme ELY Centre (Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment).
The key insights and results gained from the coaching process were collected in a workbook called Together we can! – The Resilient Organization Workbook which is translated also into English. The workbook can be obtained free of charge from LUT School of Business and Management Mikkeli office.
