Julia Vauterin-Pyrhönen

Julia Vauterin Pyrhönen has over 30 years of experience across research, grant writing, and research services. She leads post-award support for large-scale projects, developing researcher-centred structures that maximise scientific and societal impact. Her research examines human capital investment, university internationalisation, and knowledge-based economic networks, with a focus on academia–industry collaboration. She has contributed to the successful acquisition of competitive funding for energy conversion research supporting climate change mitigation and brings experience as a Horizon Europe project manager and deep-tech start-up CEO to support high-impact international research consortia.
