Building PhD Competencies for Sustainability: Advancing Expertise in Critical Materials Flow Management

The project focuses on critical materials, which are important for many strategic sectors, including energy, electronics and defence. The aim is to strengthen PhD students' knowledge of the technical, environmental, social and governance aspects of critical materials flow management.

Goals

The project will develop and pilot a new elective doctoral course, Management of Critical Materials Flow. The course will be prepared jointly by LUT and NUWEE and piloted with Finnish and Ukrainian PhD students.
