Biography
Dr. Doc. Damian Kedziora works as Associate Professor at Lahti Software Engineering Team. He received docentship in Business Process Automation Software from LUT University in 2022, and completed his doctoral degree in Industrial Engineering and Management at Lappeenranta University of Technology in 2018. He had been working for top global corporations of banking, ICT and technology consulting industry for over ten years, focusing on management of complex digital transformations, framing development strategies, productizing and implementing innovative software solutions. His research concentrates on the commercial aspects of software design, as well as impact of new technologies on the future of work and human beings.
