Biography
My research examines how digital technologies, organisational practices, public policy, and civic engagement interact in sustainability transitions. I study sustainable IT, persuasive technologies, human-AI interaction, and sustainability governance. Specifically, I look at how organisations implementation regulatory mandates such as the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the AI Act. I conduct interdisciplinary, theoretical work as well as applied qualitative and quantitative research in how organisations and communities translate sustainability goals and regulatory demands into practices, data infrastructures, behavioural interventions, and stakeholder participation. My work particularly explores how digital and AI-enabled technologies can support sustainability learning, responsible digitalisation, public engagement, and positive behavioural change.
