Md Kabir

Md Kabir is a Junior Researcher in Mechanical Engineering and a member of the Mechanics of Advanced Composites (MAC) research group at LUT University. His PhD research explores 3D printing, recycling, and durability of glass-fibre-reinforced PA6 composites using experiments, modelling, and machine learning.

He also develops workflows for XCT-based microstructure analysis and deep learning segmentation. He holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering (3.97/4) from IUBAT, Bangladesh, and an MSc with distinction in Materials Science and Technology from LUT University(4.76/5).

He welcomes collaboration on XCT analysis, segmentation, and defect quantification.
