Minnu Joseph

I am a passionate academic with over a decade of teaching and research experience. My doctoral research focused on improving the accuracy of relevance judgments in Information Retrieval, where I developed expertise in Machine Learning and Data Analytics.

I have extensive teaching experience, having served as a Senior Lecturer, where I designed curricula and guided students in developing critical thinking and applied skills.

Currently, I am a Post-Doctoral Researcher at LUT University, contributing to research and teaching in Industrial Engineering and Management. My work involves authoring and co-authoring academic papers, mentoring master’s and bachelor’s students in their thesis projects, and delivering lectures in Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence, with a particular emphasis on Power BI and business intelligence tools.
