Satish Krishnan

Professor Satish Krishnan holds a Ph.D. in Information Systems from the National University of Singapore. He is a Professor at the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIM Kozhikode), India, and a Visiting Professor in the Software Engineering Department at Lappeenranta-Lahti University of Technology (LUT University), Finland. His research focuses on the intersection of technology, human behavior, and society. He has published in journals including the Journal of Applied Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Journal of Business Ethics, and Information & Management. He serves on the editorial boards of Information Technology & People, Internet Research, and Technological Forecasting and Social Change, and has held leadership roles at the Pacific Asia Conference on Information Systems (PACIS) and the International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS). In 2022, he received the Outstanding Young Management Researcher Award from the Association of Indian Management Scholars (AIMS International).
