Sergio Vanegas Arias

Sergio Mauricio Vanegas Arias is a Junior Researcher and Doctoral Student at Lappeenranta-Lahti University of Technology (LUT), Finland. His research interests include Machine Learning (ML) for industrial applications and Digital Signal Processing. His work experience includes R&D in ML for the automotive sector, and his academic background includes a Master of Science in Mathematical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, Italy, granted in Autumn of 2022 for his Thesis on Dimensional Lifting techniques for ML-based Control applications.
