Biography

A researcher currently positioned in organizational and work life studies at the School of Industrial Engineering. However, as my background lies in applied theatre, drama education, philosophy and humanities (comparative literature), my research orientation is multidisciplinary and multi-methodological. I'm also lucky to have conducted research in interdisciplinary research teams, thus getting to learn and apply approaches of psychology, behavioral sciences, business & management, and social studies. The core objective of my work is to understand employee experiences of work-related meaningfulness and wellbeing and how the interact in the contexts of, for example, individual and personal experiences and narratives, jobs, organizations, and societies - to explore the concepts of eudaimonia and good life in the context of work.
