Biography

I am an Associate Professor at the Department of Social Sciences. My interests lie in the intersection between the world of work and political behaviour in advanced economies. My current interests focus on the political consequences of changes in the world of work brought about by technological change and the green transition and their political consequences.

I received my PhD in the Social Sciences from the University of Helsinki in 2021, and was first a postdoctoral researcher at Copenhagen Business School and then at LUT University. I received my docentship from LUT University in 2024.

From Fall 2026, I am an Academy Research Fellow for the project GREENSHUFFLE financed by the Research Council of Finland and a Work Package Leader for the project JUST-IN-CLIME financed by HORIZON.2.5 (Climate, Energy and Mobility". I am concurrently an academic supervisor for the Digi4age Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) Doctoral Network. In addition, I am the programme director for the MSc Digital Social Science programme.
