Sara Mattila

Sara Mattila is focused on impact entrepreneurship for sustainability action and climate justice. Currently, she is working on a research project exploring predictive machine learning models for food waste reduction and CO₂ emissions mitigation in campus restaurants. Sara is also the creator and teacher of the Impact Entrepreneurship course in LUT University, and an active mentor in the impact startup ecosystem.
