LUT University is renting 10 furnished studio apartments for temporary use at Pienniemenkatu 9 (Building B), 53850 Lappeenranta. See location on map.
 

Who are the apartments for?

The apartments are intended primarily for visiting researchers at LUT. If apartments are available, they may also be rented to other guests of LUT or LAB. Accommodation for external individuals is not permitted.
 

Apartment details

  • Size: 30 m² + 11 m² loft
  • Accommodation: 1 person (one single bed + sofa bed)
  • Equipment: internet connection, household appliances, dishes, bed linen and towels, paper products, cleaning supplies
  • Parking space: included in the rent
  • Pets: not allowed
  • Locking system: electronic; access code is provided approx. 1 day before the stay begins
     

Terms of stay

  • Minimum rental period: 1 week
  • Check-in: from 16:00
  • Check-out: by 10:00
  • Cleaning: The resident is responsible for cleaning during the stay. Cleaning is arranged between tenants and once a month for stays longer than one month. Additional cleaning services can be ordered for an extra fee.

Booking and instructions

  • Bookings are made through school secretaries.
  • The name of the resident must be provided when booking.
  • By staying, the resident accepts the rules and instructions.
  • Instructions are sent by email before the stay begins.
  • The resident is responsible for any damage to or loss of the apartment or its furnishings.
