Guest lecture: Paul BAKER: How to build a billion-dollar brand – 20 years of entrepreneurship

Baker’s story went from being a craft baker in a small, rural, family bakery in Devon to co-founder of the international bakery business St. Pierre Groupe. St. Pierre is now the leading brioche brand in the USA & UK. Baker exited the business in September 2022 after successfully selling St. Pierre Groupe to Grupo Bimbo – the largest bakery business in the world – for approximately 339 million euros. Baker co-founded a charity, RAPAID, and his Baker Family Foundation supports multiple charitable causes. Baker has also been an executive producer on six movies including The Almond and the Seahorse. His ethos in life is simple: “There is always a way”.
