Kalle Lipiäinen, Master of Science in Technology, will defend his doctoral dissertation in the field of Mechanical Engineering at LUT on 30th of November at noon, Auditorium 1316. His dissertation is titled "Fatigue performance and the effect of manufacturing quality on the uncoated and hot-dip galvanized ultra-high-strength steel laser cut edges".
Professor Martin Leitner, Graz University of Technology, Austria, will act as opponent. Professor Timo Björk of LUT University will act as custos.
