Ashok Tripathi

My primary research focus is on sustainability in software engineering - aka Green ICT, targeted both at academia and industry. Concurrently, I am also involved in adjacent research, as well as teaching of relevant topics in this area. Presently my work focusing on Green ICT enablement is via the following ongoing projects:

1. VISIIRI - focusing on measuring the environmental impacts of ICT sector and produce relevant training/skilling materials for companies to enable Green ICT.

2. VICTIS - the primary focus here is to make and introduce a tool to assess the level of green maturity and provides the evaluated organization with development suggestions to improve maturity. In addition to the green maturity tool, the VICTIS project will produce guides that consider the handprint of both procurement and production.
