Biography

My research examines how digital technologies, organisational practices, public policy, and civic engagement interact in sustainability transitions. I study sustainable IT, persuasive technologies, human-AI interaction, and sustainability governance. Specifically, I look at how organisations implementation regulatory mandates such as the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the AI Act. Using qualitative and mixed-method approaches, I investigate how organisations and communities translate sustainability goals and regulatory demands into practices, data infrastructures, behavioural interventions, and stakeholder participation. My work particularly explores how digital and AI-enabled technologies can support sustainability learning, responsible digitalisation, public engagement, and positive behavioural change.
