My research focuses on Sustainable IT and Citizen Engagement. I am particularly interested in leveraging digital technologies to drive positive behavioral changes towards sustainable futures. I also explore usability and IT service design through the lens of Green IT, sustainable software, persuasive technologies, and organizational practices, to address pressing environmental challenges. Furthermore, my work investigates the intersection of top-down and bottom-up approaches for fostering environmentally sustainable innovation, encouraging individual actions, and promoting lasting sustainable lifestyles in society.
