Biography

I am a Senior Researcher at LUT University, School of Engineering Science, Department of Industrial Engineering and Management. I have background with degrees in Social Sciences and a doctoral degree in Industrial Management. My doctoral dissertation (2012) focused on collective creativity and brokerage functions in practice-based innovation. Recently, my focus has also been on various innovation methods enhancing creativity and innovativeness in practice-based innovation (including art-based methods and gamification). I am also interested in socially sustainable innovation processes in the context of urban development and what kind of impacts digitalization has on multi-actor innovation processes.
