Biography
I am a Senior Researcher and the Head of the Master’s Programme in Management of Organisational Development at LUT University, School of Engineering Science, Department of Industrial Engineering and Management. I also hold a docentship in Industrial Engineering and Management, with a particular focus on supporting innovativeness and creativity in multi-actor innovation processes.
My academic background includes degrees in Social Sciences and a doctoral degree in Industrial Management. My doctoral dissertation (2012) examined collective creativity and brokerage functions in practice-based innovation. More recently, my research has focused on various innovation methods that enhance creativity and innovativeness in practice-based settings, including art-based methods and gamification. I am also interested in socially sustainable innovation processes and social innovation ecosystems in the context of urban development.
