InnoSpring Catch: Capturing the opportunities in digital economy (2015-2017)

In this research project we have studied novel and agile forms of organizing knowledge, and more specifically face-to-face and digital forms of organizing knowledge work and expertise. We have empirically studied fast creative interaction, expert motivation and engagement in the context of new work as well as evolution of trust and knowledge co-creation in temporary expert groups working on digital platforms.

Research project has been financed by our partners Tekes, Nokia, Metso, Solved, Transfluent, TEK and Nomovok.
