Welcome to DuuniDay on 28 January 2020

DuuniDay, to be organized already for the 24th time in Lappeenranta, is an exhibition-type contact and recruitment event that brings together companies and students. It is organized by LUT University and Saimaa University of Applied Sciences.

DuuniDay is an excellent opportunity to promote your company to students and contact potential future talents. At the event, you can meet both the engineering, business and doctoral students of LUT University as well as the engineering, business, social and healthcare students of Saimaa University of Applied Sciences. You can also reach a remarkable number of international students at Skinnarila campus.

How to reach us?

Participation packages

The coding logic of the stands is as follows:

• the first number identifies the floor (1, 2 or 3)
• the letter identifies the type of participation package (A, B, C or D)
• the rest of the numbers are running numbers by the floor and participation package

All participation packages include the following services:

• Stand location
• Desk and chairs if needed
• Electric sockets
• Wireless WLAN
• Company name and link to company's web page at DuuniDay web page
• Company presentation at DuuniDay Facebook event
• Job postings at DuuniDay Facebook event
• Opportunity to have job interviews at the event
• Exhibitors lounge services for the whole day
• Company guide services during the exhibition day

Please note that the event will be organized at lobby and corridor premises at the campus. The packages will not include stand partitions or carpets. You are not allowed to bild up walls blocking other stands (excluding packages A). Stand structures and promotion materials may not be placed outside the stand area.

Participation package A: Includes a 3 x 3 m stand place to which a company can bring its own stand structures. The stands have high ceiling. A packages are available only in the 1st floor. Price 1 050 e + VAT 24 %.

Participation package B: Includes a 3 x 2 m stand place to which companies can bring a wide promotion canvas. The stands have high ceiling. Price 700 e + VAT 24 %

Participation package C: Includes a 2,5 x 2 m satand place to which companies can bring own roll ups. The hight of the space is 210 cm. Price 550 e + VAT 24 %.

Participation package D: Includes a bar table and room for one roll up. D packages are reserved for companies under 50 employees. The height of the space is 210 cm. Price 250 e + VAT 24 %.

The participation fees will be invoiced two weeks before the event.

Registration

Companies will register to DuuniDay by an electric form. We will open the registration form on 1 October 2019 at 9 am local time.

Promote your company to the students beforehand

Our students will follow the event and companies attending the event beforehand throug DuuniDay Facebook event which will be opened in the beginning of December.

Participating companies have a possibility to publish one company presentation in the event in December/January. Our students are interested in your business, the competences your company will need in the near future and what kind of work, internship or final thesis work opportunities you have to offer.

Interview opportunity

DuuniDay also provides a fine opportunity for conducting job interviews. Participating companies can promote their open posts in the Facebook event (one posting / one open post) in December/January.

Co-exhibitors

The price of the co-exhibitor is 250 € + VAT 24 %. It includes the following services:

• Company name and link to company's web page at DuuniDay web page
• Company presentation at DuuniDay Facebook event
• Job postings at DuuniDay Facebook event
• Opportunity to have job interviews at the event
• Exhibitors lounge services for the whole day
