Biography

Anna-Maija Nisula, D.Sc. (Economics and Business Administration), Lappeenranta University of Technology, School of Business and Management, is a Post-doctoral Researcher in Knowledge Management and Leadership at the School of Business and Management, Lappeenranta University of Technology (LUT). Her primary research interests are in knowledge management, organizational creativity, and innovation. Her current research examines knowledge worker’s entrepreneurial intentions and organizing knowledge co-creation in temporal settings. Her research has been published, for example, in the International Journal of Human Resource Management, Leadership and Organization Development Journal, Creativity and Innovation Management, Journal of Business Research and the Interdisciplinary Journal of Information, Knowledge and Management.
