Nowadays, all players in the financial market understand the necessity of rapid innovations, collaboration and the focus of customer needs. The project focuses on digital and sustainable innovations within the industry. Thus, it can provide a better understanding of what the future of banking services and technology could look like. Also highlighting where collaboration and technical innovations could aid in the support of sustainable development.
Project goals
The overall purpose of this research is to gain a better understanding of the digitalisation and trends of the financial services within Finland and the EU within recent years, and developing recommendations and tools for sustainable financial services.
