I’m Jarno and I graduated from LUT in 2004. I’ve worked in different procurement and purchasing roles internationally, eventually finding myself focusing on indirect procurement. This specific area is particularly interesting to me because it’s still developing fast, and the current wave of digitalization has not yet rolled over that space entirely.

I’m currently building a company as a startup founder, and these nearly two first years have challenged me quite a bit. But on the other hand, the learning curve during the time has been something I could not have achieved any other way. And I’m loving it.

I’m interested in the opportunity to enter mentoring and share my experiences and views of working life. But on the other hand, I’m looking to learn to see the world with the eyes of someone about to graduate and enter the job market. This process can be highly valuable if we both have an idea of what to look for from it and build the process targeting specific outcomes.
