I have always been a firm believer of the importance of going beyond self-limiting beliefs and this has helped me shape my journey as an internationally recognized innovative and strategic leader with a global analytical, creative, and visionary mindset.
For the past two decades, I have been fortunate to immerse myself into a suite of international working experiences spanning across a wide array of cross-functional and cross-industrial leadership roles, both as an employee and independent advisor. Having worked, studied, and lived in seven countries across two continents, I have been provided with the unique opportunity to understand organizational dynamics and successfully navigate through multi-disciplined, culturally diverse, and cross-organizational groups.
By focusing on a self-starter, inquisitive and mature learning culture and growth mindset, I have been able to continuously and successfully develop my skills, competences, knowledge, independent judgement and character in a scalable, sustainable and ethical manner.
As a mentor I am really enthusiastic to work with and learn from prospective mentees sharing perspectives, practical guidance, experience and advice on
a) developing a proactive, culturally adaptable and connector management style,
b) cultivating an entrepreneurial leadership,
c) curating a strong ability to provide advocacy and advice to senior management and government representatives,
d) shaping a solid situational awareness and the ability to identify and troubleshoot critical issues and
e) instilling a strong capacity for strategic calculated risk taking.
In my free time I love to travel, read, hanging out with friends, going to the opera and concerts, visiting museums and art galleries, watching movies, swimming, and playing tennis. I am an aviation enthusiast and a novice fiction writer.
