I’m a curious and open-minded engineer. I have a B.Sc. and a M.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering.
I have worked as a mechanical design engineer, a senior mechanical design engineer and a team leader in the ABB Finland’s mechanical engineering team. Now I am working as a manager of the mechanical engineering team in the Neste Engineering Solution.
I am a big believer in the idea that everything can be improved. In my point of view things can be done in two ways: like they were done yesterday or better. I think the second one is the better option and only way to think and act. That's one of the biggest reasons I am in this mentor programme.
