To cut a long story short, I completed my Belcher’s degree at Tartu University in Estonia, with minors in Economics and Business Administration. Because I was always eager to experience new cultures and meet new people, the decision to pursue a master's degree abroad was an easy one. Lappeenranta, a beautiful city with an innovative university, was chosen as the location for my master’s degree. After completing a master’s degree in economics and business Administration (Supply Management). I was accepted for a double master's degree in the Netherlands, in the small town of Enschede.

Traveling the world and acquiring new knowledge has greatly aided me in understanding different perspectives, ways of thinking, and ways of working and developing a very flexible, adaptive, and open-minded mindset, which has greatly aided me in working with and around people from all over the world daily.

I really care about people, and I want my friends to succeed. Finding the right tools to improve self-awareness, develop discipline, and comprehend the significance of knowing, one's own values, vision, and definition of personal success took some time, and this is something that I would like to share on a personal level. When it comes to professional skills and attributes, I would like to highlight importance of ownership, critical thinking, relationship building and constant eagerness to obtain new knowledge.

A mentee who is curious to learn and try new things, who is willing to self-reflect, goal-driven and who is just eager to learn and share their perspectives, complications, and current struggles would be the most suitable for me.

I have worked as a purchaser, project manager, supplier manager, third-party risk and compliance manager for some time. I have been working for for example Swedish companies such as Ericsson and Tele2. Currently, I've switched to banking field and represent Luminor Bank (part of Blackstone's portfolio).
