I have a rich blend of leadership, technology, and business transformation expertise to my professional journey. With a strong foundation in advanced studies related to leadership and technology, I have spent years co-founding and steering technology companies toward operational excellence and strategic growth. My career has been marked by a focus on driving innovation, improving efficiency, and fostering sustainable business practices. My experience spans across various leadership roles, where I have consistently championed the integration of technology with human-centric management.

My interest in becoming a mentor stem from a deep commitment to help students, as I also work currently as a tutor teacher at LAB UAS. I view mentoring as a powerful tool to transcend traditional workplace hierarchies, enhance engagement, and build meaningful connections. By helping mentees set clear goals, offering constructive feedback, and guiding them through generational and organizational dynamics, I empower emerging leaders to thrive.
