I would like to share my knowledge and support LUT students studying technical science to find a great job opportunity & start a career in the field of Engineering or Technical Project Management. I will cover how fundamental knowledge together with specific skills can create a great combination for career development. Also we will discuss by examples, what companies do offer the right job role.
I have a wide technical expertise in drives systems engineering, electrical and mechanical design, R&D testing, and project management certification (PMI). I worked in various areas: Heavy Industry, Renewable Energy, Automotive. As well, I developed a number of business skills at work: product management, R&D projects management, business processes development and people management.
During the past years I passed and failed various interviews in the world's best companies like Bosch, Danfoss, ABB, Schneider Electric, Siemens, SolarEdge. I also interviewed new engineers by myself many times. I truly believe this knowledge also can help LUT students today
