I am an experienced international business leader with a multidisciplinary academic background, holding a Global Executive MBA from SDA Bocconi, an MSc in Economics from LUT University, and an LL.M from the University of Helsinki. My career has taken me across Europe, where I have led organizations through transformation and growth in the manufacturing industry. As CEO in several Nordic countries, I have built strong, multicultural teams and driven sustainable business development, always with a focus on strategy, innovation, and people.
Mentoring is close to my heart because I believe in the power of shared learning and open dialogue. Having benefited from inspiring mentors myself, I am committed to supporting students as they discover their strengths, set ambitious goals, and prepare for working life. My mentoring style is collaborative and pragmatic—I encourage honest conversation, challenge perspectives, and help mentees build confidence in their own abilities.
