I graduated with a master’s degree in software engineering from LUT University, where my studies focused on Green IT and sustainable software engineering as part of the Software Engineers for Green Deal programme. I’ve since built my professional experience working as a software developer, specializing in the Microsoft technology stack (.NET, Azure) and modern web technologies like React. Currently, I work on SaaS products within the mobile device management domain, where my daily work involves solving real-world problems and innovating for secure, scalable digital workplaces.
I chose to become a mentor because I believe in the value of sharing knowledge, encouraging growth, and providing support that I wish I’d had when I was starting out. My hope is that my mentee will feel inspired and challenged, and that together we can explore both practical technical skills and meaningful career perspectives. I see mentoring as a two-way street: I learn from each mentoring relationship just as much as I aim to guide, and I encourage open communication, curiosity, and honesty.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading about tech sustainability trends, exploring Finnish nature, and tackling fun side projects sometimes, just for the joy of problem-solving. My mentoring style is friendly, honest, and focused on helping you find your own path, whether it’s about technical skills, project strategies, or handling challenges as you step into your professional future.
