I hold a PhD in Business Administration from LUT, where I focused my dissertation on Business Model Experimentation and defended it in 2019. Over the years, I have gained a deep understanding of business models and their real-world applications. Professionally, I have a diverse background. Currently, I work at Kempower as Head of Ecosystems, and previously, I served at LUT Business School as a senior expert, developing research projects with companies and universities. Additionally, I founded my own consultancy, Business Hacker, in 2018, and have over 15 years of consulting experience, along with 7 years of experience in public development companies.
I strongly believe in continuous learning and self-development, and I see mentoring as a chance to share my experiences and gain new perspectives. With a uniquely broad view of different aspects of work life, I aim to help students explore their options, find inspiration, and build confidence in their future careers. My ideal mentee would be a business student with an entrepreneurial mindset—open to challenges and willing to challenge me in return. I am especially eager to support career planning and personal growth.
Outside of work, I have a lifelong passion for football and currently coach my son’s youth team. To stay active, I also do CrossFit and go for runs. My family and I enjoy spending time at our summer cottage, which helps me balance work with relaxation and family connection.
