Hi all, my name is Dmitrii Mikheev. I am a software engineer with 7 years of professional experience. I completed my master's double degree program in Computational Engineering and Technical Physics with a specialization in Intelligent Computing at LUT in 2018. Before that, I earned a bachelor's in computer engineering. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work on diverse projects ranging from [financial startup, banking, NLP-related projects, payments, and supply chain], which has helped me sharpen my skills and gain a comprehensive understanding of the software engineering landscape.

I am excited to become a mentor for master's students at LUT because I believe in the power of knowledge sharing. Tech industry is complex and dynamic, I recognise the value of being navigated through uncertainty to reach full potential. I hope to provide my mentee with practical insights, career advice, and technical guidance to help them overcome the challenges, achieve their goals and maintain work-life balance. I want to facilitate a supportive and collaborative environment where we can help each other to become the best version of ourselves.

In my free time, I like playing football, cycling, and traveling. I am looking forward to contributing to your success story.
