Coming from an entrepreneurial family, I thrive on continuous learning and self-development; I hold five degrees (Merkonomi, Ylioppilas, Tradenomi/BBA, Master of Business Administration, Master of Social Sciences) and enjoy coaching others while translating complex HR processes into actionable results.
I have lived in Austria, Australia, Germany, Canada and Finland. I've been an official mentor some years ago and unofficial mentor currently for young talents. I'm energetic and positive. My hobbies are travelling, networking and cultural topics.
