I studied Management and Organisations and International Marketing at LUT and completed an MBA in future studies in Laurea. I’ve built my career in People & Culture leadership roles across consulting, technology, and gaming industries. Currently, I work as HR Lead at Zynga and serve as a board member at Gallant Oy. Over the years I have supported organizations through growth, international expansion, and cultural change, with a strong focus on leadership development, employee engagement, and building resilient, human-centric workplaces. 

I wanted to join the LUT Mentoring Programme because I believe in the power of sharing experiences and sparring ideas openly. For me, mentoring is not about providing ready-made answers but about exploring questions together, challenging perspectives and growing together. I hope to work with a mentee who is curious, reflective, and eager to connect theory with practice. 

In my free time, I enjoy reading, spending time with my family, and exploring culture in many forms — from theatre to football coaching.
