I graduated from LUT in 2019 with an MSc in International Marketing Management, a minor in Sustainability and an exchange semester in Taiwan. I started working before I graduated, as Head of Operations at a small food startup, where I ended up running supply chain, budgeting and product development. After that I consulted for Nordic startups, sold data solutions as an account executive, and spent two years as a HubSpot consultant building CRM and sales processes for mid-size and large companies. Today I am Head of Revenue Operations & AI at Keto Software. In practice that means I build the processes, data and reporting that sales and marketing run on, and I lead how our commercial team uses AI.
Neither my studies nor my career followed a straight line, and that is most of the reason I wanted to be a mentor. My degree took seven years, and I spent them working, travelling and trying out jobs that had nothing to do with each other: procurement on a construction site, cold calling for a software company. I had no idea what I would graduate into. The direction did show up, but it came from being curious, willing to work and systematic about it, not from a plan I made at 22. I also like coaching people, and the conversations I remember best are the ones where someone works out what they are actually good at. LUT gave me a solid start, so this is a reasonable way to pay some of it back.
We would be a good match if you are curious about commercial roles such as sales, marketing or revenue operations, or if you have no idea yet what you want to do and would rather talk it through than guess. Either is fine with me. What I do expect is that you bring your own questions and do a bit of thinking between our sessions, because that is where mentoring actually happens. Outside work I cook a lot, travel whenever I can, and surf badly but with enthusiasm.
