With decades of international business experience and leadership across industries and continents and since 1992 based in Switzerland - I am passionate about helping young talents turn potential into purpose. My mission as a mentor is to support ambitious students and early-career professionals in discovering their strengths, aligning them with their aspirations, and building the confidence to lead across borders.
Throughout my career, I have supported numerous individuals in developing from engineering roles to Managing Director, Business Unit Leader, and Regional Head positions across Europe, Asia, and China. These journeys have given me a deep understanding of how international careers grow, transform, and accelerate in global business environments.
I am especially committed to mentoring students who want to build international careers - those who are curious about the world, eager to work across cultures, and ready to take on leadership responsibilities in global organizations. My approach blends hands-on leadership experience in diverse corporate and geographical cultures with strategic insight and personal encouragement, empowering students to shape their own path toward international leadership and long-term success.
