I’m an IT professional who has been through many things and seen and experienced a lot along the way. I’m a people-oriented, curious person with a wide range of interests, and I believe I can both support you and learn a great deal from you. I’m joining the programme with an open mind, and I believe that together we can find a way of working that suits us both through the mentoring relationship.
My educational background may not be the most conventional. Shortly after high school, I graduated as a Vocational Qualification in Business Information Technology (Datanomi). Later, alongside work and family life, I completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology. When life once again made room for new things, I studied organisations and leadership through open university studies. Eventually, I found LUT University’s Master’s Programme in Knowledge Management and Leadership, from which I graduated in spring 2026. I’ve now started professional teacher education studies – and perhaps there will be something after that, too.
I started my career as a full-stack developer, and after a few years moved into project management. From there, my career continued into team leadership, unit management and other leadership roles. The units I have led have been responsible for areas including enterprise systems as well as data and reporting solutions.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time in nature, sailing, sports, listening to audiobooks, and meeting friends around outdoor activities or art.
