My professional journey spans IT, business analysis, digital transformation, AI integration, and startup development. I worked for several years as an IT Executive at SAKA International Ltd., where my responsibilities included IT support, business process reengineering, ERP development and deployment, data analysis, and procurement support. I later worked as a Business Analyst and IT Support professional at SML Group Limited, focusing on SQL operations, data analysis, visualization, and product validation. Currently, I am involved with Trektil, a startup where I work on AI integration, optimization, e-marketplace development, and business growth. These experiences have given me a practical understanding of how technology, business, and innovation come together in real organizational environments.
As an LUT mentor, I can help students connect their studies with real professional opportunities. I can support them in understanding career paths in IT, data, AI, business analysis, and digital transformation, while also helping with CV development, jobsearch strategies, interview preparation, networking, and identifying the skills employers actually value. Having experience in both established organizations and startup environments, I can also guide students who are interested in entrepreneurship, innovation, or building multidisciplinary careers that combine technology and business. My aim would be to provide practical, experience-based guidance that helps students make more confident academic and career decisions.
