I am a LUT graduate with over 20 years of experience in international business. My career started in procurement and sourcing, and over the years I have moved into broader roles in IT, business transformation and programme management. I have worked extensively in global organisations, leading complex ERP and transformation programmes across countries, functions and cultures. Currently, I work as a Senior Managing Consultant at Midagon, supporting clients in business and technology transformations.
I wanted to become a mentor because I enjoy helping people find their own direction, build confidence and move forward even when all the answers are not clear yet. My own career has not followed one straight path, and I believe curiosity often takes you further than having everything figured out. I value people over processes, progress over perfection and strong teams over individual heroics. I am happy to share my experiences and lessons learned, especially around career development, leadership, international organisations, consulting, procurement, project and programme management, and navigating change.
I would enjoy mentoring someone who is curious, open to discussion and willing to explore different possibilities. You do not need to have your career figured out. I see mentoring as an open, practical and informal dialogue where we can ask good questions, challenge assumptions and learn from each other.
